GEMFIN Students Develop their Leadership Skills in the Swiss Alps
Carrying on the GEMFIN (Master of Advanced Studies in Finance) tradition, our new cohort participated in a unique Leadership Retreat in the Swiss Alps.
Taking place in the beautiful village of Saanen-Gstaad, the retreat was a wonderful opportunity for the students to step outside of their daily classroom life in a peaceful environment for a creative and innovative learning experience.
Guided by Prof. Kasia Jagodzinska, they worked to develop their international communications and negotiations skills. They then designed a campaign aligned with their bank's North Star, learned how to use storytelling for impactful communications, and were interviewed for the “media” with Prof. Lukasz Bochenek from Leidar
