Judith Schrempf-Stirling receives the Academy of Management Perspectives Best Article Award

Professor Judith Schrempf-Stirling received the 2025 Best Article Award from the Academy of Management Perspectives (AMP) for the paper “Dealing with Organizational Legacies of Irresponsibility”, co-authored with Jordi Vives-Gabriel (ESADE Business School) and Diego M. Coraiola (University of Victoria).
This award recognizes their research offering guidance on how organizations can acknowledge and address their irresponsible pasts. Drawing on insights from transitional justice, the article explores strategies for confronting legacies of corporate misconduct and provides actionable paths forward for organizations seeking to reconcile with their history.

Judith Schrempf-Stirling is Professor of Responsible Management at the Geneva School of Economics and Management. Her research focuses on corporate responsibility, human rights, and responsible consumption.
