Creation of a dedicated support office for relational wellbeing, equality, and inclusion within the GSEM

Since the start of the Spring 2026 semester, a listening and support service is now available to GSEM students. It offers a space to discuss interpersonal situations involving other students or teaching staff, as well as issues related to discrimination, harassment, or violations of personal integrity.
This service provides an opportunity to exchange, clarify a situation, and identify the most relevant resources within UNIGE.
It also welcomes students who wish to develop an idea, launch a project, or engage in initiatives that promote equality, inclusion, and a positive study climate within the GSEM. This space encourages reflection, dialogue, and the collective construction of a collaborative and caring learning environment.
The support service is coordinated by Ms. Emma Serafin, Scientific Associate to the GSEM Equality Commission.
