REGISTRATION
If you have registered, you will have received an email confirmation. We recommend that you first check your @etu.unige.ch and your personal inbox, including your spam folder. If you still cannot find confirmation, please contact us.
The registration deadline was October 31st. After this date, we are no longer able to process new registrations.
Please contact the Diploma Office, which handles all diplomas issued by the University of Geneva.
QR CODES
You will receive 4 QR codes by email; one to collect your hat, one for you, and two for your guests. You'll need to present them on the day of the ceremony. If one or more of them are not displayed, or are only partially displayed, please contact us.

EVENT INFORMATION
The graduation ceremony will take place on Thursday, 27 November 2025, starting at 5:30 pm at Uni Mail. You will receive an email with further information as D-Day approaches.
Yes, admission is free, but registration is required in advance.
No, the ceremony will only be available to watch as a recording.
CANCELLATION
If you will not be attending the ceremony, please inform us as soon as possible.

Each QR code is unique to one person and cannot be shared.
GUESTS
As seating is limited, and to ensure fairness, each graduate may be accompanied by a maximum of two guests.
No. Seats are assigned individually to each guest through a QR code, which indicates their seat number. For organizational reasons, it’s therefore not possible to reserve a seat yourself.
Each guest is given a QR code when the graduate registers. Anyone without a QR code will not be admitted. As the number of places is limited, it is not possible to invite guests at the last minute.
No, this is not possible.
GRADUATION CAPS
If you can't pick up your graduation cap during the opening hours, you can ask someone else to pick it up for you by giving them your QR code. You will be informed by email of the time and place of collection.

PRESENTATION
No, you don't have to.
You can send your photo by e-mail. If time permits, we'll add it to the PowerPoint.
MOBILITY
Yes, this is possible. Please let us know what your specific needs are.
