Academic Calendar
It is important to familiarize yourself with the Academic Calendar that sets out the dates of the three exam sessions and the deadlines for signing up for courses and exams.
PhD Platform
The PhD Platform allows GSEM doctoral students to access their doctoral records, track the different stages of their PhD, and complete the administrative procedures related to their doctoral studies. It provides access to the main online procedures throughout the PhD programme.
Forms
The following forms for GSEM doctoral students are available via the GSEM student intranet:
- Request for equivalences
- Objection form (RIO)
- Leave request
- Request for duplicate transcript
- Notice of absence for an exam
- Request for course/exam registration
- Request to withdraw from a course
IMPORTANT: If you do not yet have access to the GSEM student intranet, in particular as a new student or doctoral student:
- Intranet access: your access will be activated no later than one week after the course and exam registration period, as specified in the academic calendar.
- Course and exam registration: please use the registration form.
