HP_SwissNumAnalysisDay_2024.jpgThe Swiss Numerical Analysis Day is an annual informal meeting following the tradition of the "Journée Suisse d'Analyse Numérique / Schweizer Tagung über Numerische Mathematik" launched in 1976. Its intention is to bring together researchers in Switzerland who are active in  the fields of

  • scientific computing
  • numerical analysis
  • high-performance computing
  • visualization
  • numerical analysis in engineering
  • computational chemistry, biology, etc.

The program consists of two plenary lectures, selected contributed talks, and a poster session.

Date: Tuesday September 10th, 2024.
Place: The Swiss Numerical Analysis Day 2024 is an on-site one day event at:
University of Geneva, Building Science II & III, Quai Ernest-Ansermet 30, 1205 Geneva, Switzerland, auditorium A150 (ground floor).
Travel information: From the Cornavin train station, take tram 14 (direction Bernex) and stop at Jonction wich is 400 meters away from the venue.

There are no registration fees, however, in order to assist with planning the event, we kindly ask all attendants to register, even if you are not planning to give a talk or present a poster.
Abstract submission deadline: July 31st, 2024 , New extended deadline: August 21st, 2024.
