Gather the necessary documents
Depending on your diagnosed disorder and/or disability, different documents will be required. Below you will find the list of documents to provide to Special Needs as well as their specific details.
If you have multiple disorders:
- You must make your request for the predominant disorder, and
- Include documents* related to all your disorders (see lists below)
*The documents must be written in one of the four national languages or in English
