Medical consultation

Concerned about your health? We offer you three different consultations led by a doctor who are available from Monday to Friday. Choose the one that best matches your situation.

 

Why consult?

  • To obtain a first medical opinion and personalized advice
  • To be referred to specialists (gynecologist, dermatologist, etc.) and get recommendations
  • To get a voucher for free HIV testing

Please note that during a consultation with our doctor, you will not be provided with:

  • physical examination
  • clinical check-up
  • prescription
  • medical certificate

Rates

Consultations are free of charge.

Why consult?

  • Get a diagnosis for an illness and its treatment (prescription)

  • Receive follow-up care for a chronic condition (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)

Thanks to:

  • Physical examination and clinical assessment
  • Tests: blood tests, urine tests, X-rays, etc.

Rates

Consultations are billed according to the standard TARMED tariff (a minimum of CHF 69 and up to CHF 190 or more, depending on the examination the doctor needs to perform based on the health issue presented). The costs are reimbursed according to your health insurance contract and once your deductible has been reached.

Why consult?

  • To diagnose a simple health issue (e.g., urinary tract infection, mild pain, upper respiratory infections, etc.) and obtain treatment

  • To renew a prescription for a medication you usually take

  • To request blood tests and X-rays

  • To obtain a sick leave certificate

Rates

CHF 30. The fees are reimbursed by all health insurance providers (except managed-care network plans), depending on your insurance contract. These services remain subject to the deductible and co-payment.
