We offer three different medical consultation options, in person or remotely, each designed to meet specific needs.
 

Consultation at UNIGE

A general consultation during which you can get a first medical opinion, be referred to specialists, or receive a voucher for free sexually transmitted infection (STI) screenings.

Consultation at the HUG

For an in-depth diagnosis, the management of a chronic condition, or additional tests (blood tests, urine tests, X-rays, etc.).

  • Reimbursement: According to insurance
  • Format: In person, at the HUG
  • Location: Primary Care Medicine Service

  • Consultations are billed according to the standard TARMED rate (minimum CHF 69.- and up to CHF 190.- or more depending on the examination required).
  • Costs are reimbursed according to your health insurance contract, once your deductible has been reached.

A video consultation from anywhere via OneDoc. Suitable for straightforward cases: urinary tract infections, prescription renewals, blood tests, X-rays, medical certificates, etc.
