Objectives

• Prepare participants for senior management challenges and responsibilities

The 12 core modules of the 1st year are offered in 2 formats:

Bi-weekly format - all modules are held on site and are organized every 2 week-ends as follows: Friday 2.15pm - 9 pm & Saturday 8.15 am - 1 pm; some modules are organized on 3-consecutive full days (Thu, Fri, & Sat.). 100% participation is mandatory to validate the modules.

Block format - 5 block of one week each + 2 online modules, each week includes 2 modules, each module is organized on 3 consecutive full days; 100% participation is mandatory for the 5 block modules, specific instructions & rules apply for the online modules

Depending on the choice of the specialization during the 2nd year, the program is organized either in bi-weekly or block format:

Assessment

Each course is subject to an assessment that may include one or more of the following: Individual in-class exam, take-home assignment, individual or group in-class presentation, individual or group Online quiz or assignment

Pedagogical methods

The students’ learning experience is enhanced by corporate work projects, in-class discussions, and presentations that build on their previous experience. The EMBA program encourages lively interaction between students and professors and stimulates the sharing of knowledge through group work. Interaction between participants and faculty and group is highly encouraged; group work stimulates knowledge sharing.

Diploma awarded

Upon successful completion of both years and the EMBA in-company project, participants receive the Executive Master of Business Administration degree.

Schedule

2 formats are proposed: A) Bi-weekly format: 12 courses organized every two week-ends Fridays 2:15 pm - 9 pm & Saturdays 8:15 am - 1 pm - Some modules are scheduled on 3 consecutive full days (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) from 8.30am to 6pm B) Block format: 5 blocks of 2 modules (8.30 am - 6 pm) + 2 virtual courses per year
