Support of the Library during the exam period
The Library at your service during the exam period
From Monday 11 May to 14 June, the Library is by your side all along your revision period with a new edition of the “vivre-ensemble” campaign.
In an environment designed to promote calm and concentration, this initiative aims to encourage respect, well-being, and solidarity. Every gesture matters in creating a positive and motivating atmosphere, especially during the exam period and the increased use of library spaces.
Welcome booths for students
From Monday 11 to Wednesday 13 May, welcome booths will be set up at the entrances and reception areas of the different library sites. We will offer cold drinks and activities to help start this period together. Mandalas, puzzles, bookmarks, and other surprises await you. Don’t forget to bring your mug and come visit us!
A mobile and available team to support you
And throughout the entire campaign...
In order to promote pleasant working conditions and positive behaviour, the Library team will be mobilised to support your well-being and ensure respect within the study spaces. Please feel free to approach our colleagues and ask for information about the campaign!

Reminder: this initiative aims to
- Remind everyone of the positive behaviours that help create a calm working environment
- Promote the values of inclusion, mutual respect, and kindness, which are essential in our shared study space
- Encourage a relaxed working atmosphere through quiet individual or collaborative activities (puzzles, murals, and colouring mandalas)
- Foster solidarity and friendliness with an “emotion wall” where students can leave supportive messages for others or simply share how they are feeling that day
- Improve individual concentration during revision periods at the Library through the loan of lockable pouches. This service is available at reception desks (Uni Arve – Sciences II, Uni Bastions, Uni CMU, and Uni Mail). More information available at the reception desks.
Let’s work together to create an ideal environment that supports concentration and exam success!
