Proteomics Core Facility

The Proteomics Core Facility provides comprehensive infrastructure for protein identification, characterization, and quantitation using mass spectrometry-based approaches.

Our mission is to support researchers by offering a wide range of proteomic services, including protein and peptide separation, LC-MS analysis on state-of-the-art mass spectrometers, and data analysis, interpretation, and visualization using specialized bioinformatics tools.

Our expertise covers workflows from single protein analysis to highly complex proteome profiling, protein characterization such as post-translational modification analysis, and protein level quantification using DIA, label-free, or TMT-based approaches.

In addition to analytical services, we provide technical advice and assist researchers in designing, optimizing, and analyzing proteomic experiments.
