Radiometric dating of recent lake sediments

The Environmental Radioactivity Laboratory specializes in radiometric dating of recent sediments, using gamma-ray spectrometry to determine the activities of 137Cs and 210Pb. Sediment cores from different regions of the world are dated, including Switzerland, Mozambique, Himalaya, Greenland, Norway, Argentina.
