The Dean's Team is responsible for the management of the Geneva School of Economics and Management. The Dean and the Vice Dean are appointed for four years (renewable).

The current Dean’s team (2017-2021 term) includes the Dean, Professor Marcelo Olarreaga, who is also responsible for the school’s research; Professor Céline Carrère, the Vice Dean for Studies; Professor Markus Menz, Vice Dean for Development; Professor Thomas Straub, Vice Dean for Executive Education; and Ms. Beatriz Iglesias, the Administrator. The Dean’s Assistant, Ms. Birgit Mueller-Marreros, support the Dean’s team.
