The School's Participatory Council (Conseil participatif) is composed of four members of the core faculty, two members of the adjunct faculty, two students, and one administrative staff representative.
The nine members of the Participatory Council are elected by the School's electoral colleges. They are appointed for four years (renewable), except for the students' representatives, who serve for two years. The members of the Dean's team are invited to participate in the Participatory Council’s meetings to provide advice.
The Participatory Council’s responsibilities include: approving study programs, their rules, and regulations in view of their adoption by the University's Rectorate; adopting study plans; advising the Dean’s team regarding changes to study programs, their rules, and regulations; and suggesting a candidate for the position of Dean to the University’s Rectorate.
