Prof. Gibson Brandon and Prof. Krueger awarded with Best Quantitative Paper Prize

We are proud to announce that GSEM Professors Rajna Gibson Brandon and Philipp Krueger were awarded with the Best Quantitative Paper Prize (2017) at the PRI Academic Network Conference in Berlin for their research paper « The sustainability footprint of institutional investors ».

This conference, which took place on September 26th and 27th, focused on the latest research on responsible investment practices. The article of Prof. Gibson Brandon and Prof. Krueger focused on the risk assessment of institutional investment.

With this paper, they get to the heart of quantifying the portfolio-level sustainability of institutional investors and find that longer investment horizons reaps risk-adjusted returns. They also investigate why institutional investors hold sustainability-oriented portfolio allocations.
