Info session on International Organizations MBA

The future talents will be “Cross-Sector Experts”: leaders who master business management tools combined with a deep understanding of the context of international organizations and NGOS.” Tina Ambos, director of the International Organizations MBA (IO-MBA).

This programme provides a platform for individuals who aspire to managerial positions in an IO, NGO, or Social Enterprise, and for existing managers who wish to enhance their skills with a view to taking on greater responsibility in their own organization.

In a connected world, collaboration across sectors is more important than ever. IOs and NGOs must adopt more business principles; and business must become more responsible and sustainable. As the Secretary General of the UN, Antonio Guterres, recently announced: "Partnership must continue to be at the heart of our strategy.” But making partnerships work requires unique managerial skills, such as risk management, pioneering innovation projects, or effective team management.

"I am looking forward to discussing which skills are needed to manage such challenges in this info-session on FB Live."

IO-MBA is designed for professionals who work for – or aspire to work for – IOs, NGOs, NPOs or Social Enterprise in managerial positions. Our alumni network counts over 250 leaders in diverse sectors from all over the world.

The IO-MBA is an accredited executive degree from the University of Geneva ranked among the 10 best MBA for non-profit organizations management.
