Deadlines

The exchange application must be submitted to the International affairs Office before the given deadlines.

The printed exchange application must be submitted to the International Affairs Office:

• By April 15 for an exchange during the following Fall Semester
• By October 31 for an exchange during the following Spring Semester.

Extension of stay

If you are registered for an exchange within Switzerland for one semester and wish to extend your stay for a second semester, you must announce it within the above-mentioned deadlines by bringing proof that your Faculty/Institute agrees with this extension. It is also possible to register directly for a full academic year.
