 Open to anyone from the age of 17.

 

COURSE LEVELS

This course is for B2 or C1 level students (advanced).

2 weeks before the beginning of classes, all enrolled students receive a link for an online level test. The online level test is compulsory in order to follow the program.

If a student does not have a B2 level, he will be transferred to a class for his level and the difference in price will be refunded.

COMPULSORY COURSES

12 to 19 people per course.

Courses take place every day from Monday to Friday.

Schedule: 9am - 12:30pm (including 20 minutes breaks)

Number of course periods*: 126

*one academic hour = 45 minutes

Course programme: 

- training in the five skills (oral and written expression, oral and written comprehension, interaction);

- French for academic purposes (3 possible options: International law and relations, Natural sciences, Humanities, with a focus on synthesising, argumentation, essay writing and note taking).

All course materials are provided on the first day of classes.

 

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES

Optional activities (workshops, courses and conferences) are organised every day in the afternoons.

Schedule: 1.30pm - 5pm

Number of course periods*: 120

*one academic hour = 45 minutes

Students are strongly encouraged to participate in the optional activities with no enrollment and at no extra charge.

Activities are classified by level required and grammar, written, oral and prononciation skills, etc.

CERTIFICATE AND DIPLOMA

In order to obtain a certificate of attendance, students must attend all classes and comply with the teacher's requirements.

Six absences maximum are tolerated.

To obtain the 6 ECTS credits for the course, students must actively participate in the classe and pass the Certificat de français exam (French certificate).
