I am a PhD student working on the Secret Invasion project, which aims to assess microbial invasions in airborne and terrestrial ecosystems in the Arctic. I use my experience in statistics, bioinformatics, and laboratory techniques to characterize airborne microbial communities within the Arctic Circle, study their atmospheric dynamics, and identify microorganisms that could potentially become successful invaders of terrestrial ecosystems. I am also interested in the impact of climate change on these invasion processes.

In parallel with my PhD, I volunteer with the PHAGe organization to help strengthen networking and social connections among PhD students at the University of Geneva.
