Ylann Zoukou was born in 1999 and studied for three years at the University of Geneva, focusing on both physics and chemistry. He is currently a laboratory technician apprentice in the Fernández-Terán research group. Ylann is eager to join a research team or continue his studies after obtaining his CFC.

In his free time, he is also an A-category Swiss chess player, competing in tournaments both locally and internationally.
