Deadlines for the 2025/2026 academic year

For the Autumn semester exams, you must submit your request:

• From 12 May 2025 to 20 August 2025 for a decision that will be communicated to you no later than 7 October 2025.
• From 24 September 2025 to 8 October 2025 for a decision that will be communicated to you no later than 25 November 2025

For the Spring semester exams, you must submit your request:

• From 12 November 2025 to 14 January 2026 for a decision that will be communicated to you no later than 3 March 2026.
• From 15 January 2026 to 12 March 2026** for a decision that will be communicated to you no later than 28 April 2026

  *_{Students who are not yet registered or currently in the registration process must first submit a pre-application for accommodations.}

  **_{This deadline does not apply to students from the Faculty of Medicine, who must submit their request no later than14 January 2026}
