of the Observatory of the Niger Basin (ABN), is invited to intervene in
the seminar “The settlement of international water disputes” on 12
December 2013. His presentation will focus on the involvement of
non-State actors in the Niger Basin.
The seminar will be held in the room M5020 at the Faculty of Law at 16h15.
