Mara Tignino and Komlan Sangbana presents the book Public Participation and Water Resources Management : Where Do We Stand in International Law ?, published by the International Hydrological Programme of UNESCO, at the signature of the Memorandum of Understanding between the University of Geneva and UNESCO – IHE (Institute for Water Education) based in Delft (The Netherlands).
