On the 6th of March, Mara Tignino intervenes in the session on “Transboundary Water Cooperation: Challenges, Opportunities, and Best Practices” during the 2nd Baghdad International Water Conference. Her intervention is entitled “International Law and Transboundary Water Cooperation”.
