Paola Mori and Hélène Rey Hanson are specialists in the field of protection of personality rights. They are available to all persons involved in a situation of harassment or discrimination, and to the hierarchy. Neutral, independent and mandated by UNIGE, they are your point of contact in case of psychological or sexual harassment, discrimination (sexist, homophobic or racist statements, etc.), conflict or violence. They analyse whether the situation described constitutes an infringement of personality rights. They inform and advise on tools available for putting an end to harassment or infringement of personality rights, to defuse the situation of conflict or for getting the situation investigated. The Cellule Confiance has no decision-making power, but with your agreement and if the situation justifies it, they can point you towards other resources (HR, the occupational health physician, mediators, the Violence Prevention Unit) or they can trigger the complaint and investigation mechanism.
