Alumni Horizon académique
The Association of Alumni of the Horizon académique programme (Alumni HA) brings together all former participants of the Horizon académique programme. Founded in 2023 and based at the University of Geneva, the association today forms a network gathering members from many countries. The association sits on the HA strategic committee, where it represents and advocates for the voice and experience of participants.
Alumni HA's mission is to maintain a lasting connection among alumni, to foster professional, academic and cultural exchanges, and to highlight the journeys of its members after their time in the Horizon académique programme.
Our activities
Alumni HA offers its members a range of activities and services aimed at supporting their professional and personal development.
- Networking and employability
The association offers networking opportunities as well as workshops dedicated to employability, particularly around CV updating and the development of transferable skills, especially through LinkedIn.
- Cultural and scientific activities
Throughout the year, Alumni HA offers a varied programme including conferences, exhibitions, performances, and scientific or cultural events. Some activities are organised in collaboration with professionals from the job market, artists and University of Geneva staff, fostering exchanges between academic, professional and artistic circles and the alumni community.
- Support for current program participants
Alumni HA also plays an active role with participants currently enrolled in the Horizon académique programme. The association acts as a point of contact, facilitates the sharing of information and encourages the exchange of experiences between alumni and participants, thereby strengthening solidarity and the continuity of the programme.
