Biography

My name is Fokko Beekhof, I was born in 1977 in the Netherlands. I moved to Switzerland in 2004, and still love living in Geneva.

Before joining the SIP group, I've obtained a Masters' degree in computer science from the Technical University in Delft, specializing in parallel and distributed computing and load-balancing. After that, I've worked in the SPC group of the University of Geneva as a programmer on the Lattice Boltzmann method.

Research Interests

In 2012, I have completed my PhD, the subject of which the protection of items against counterfeiting.
