ReproducibiliTea Spring 2022

03/06/2022, Geneva (Switzerland)

During the Spring semester of 2022, the ReproducibiliTea journal clubs were again organized by Beatrice Valentini and Caro Hautekiet on a monthly basis from March to June. In the first journal club, we discussed Schwab et al.'s paper titled: 'Ten Simple Rules For Good Research Practice'. The discussant for this first session was co-organizer Caro Hautekiet. In the second journal club, Stéphanie Jeanneret led the discussion on a paper by Robinson et al. (2021) titled: 'What Evidence-Based Research is and why is it important?'. In the third journal club, Irene Balboni proposed to discuss a paper titled: 'Embedding open and reproducible science into teaching: A bank of lesson plans and resources' by Pownall and colleagues. In the fourth and final journal club, we discussed Machery's (2021) paper titled: 'The Alpha War'. The discussion of this final journal club of the semester was led by Neele Heiser.
