Key highlights of the Platform for International Water Law in 2023
The Platform for International Water Law is proud to highlight some of its key activities carried out in 2023:
- Laurence Boisson de Chazournes delivered the course « Le droit international au fil de l’eau » at the Collège de France in 2023. You can find all the videos of her lectures and the seminars given by Mark Zeitoun, Mara Tignino, Pedro Arrojo-Agudo, Tamsir Ndiaye and Ximena Funtes here. The Platform for International Water Law participated in the third Baghdad International Water Conference. More information here.

The Platform participated in the launch of the first training on “Law, Policy and Science in Environmental Peacebuilding” with the support of Switzerland and Slovenia and in collaboration with the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. More information here.

The Platform participated in the first workshop discussing the common vision and the key activities of the Alliance to spare water from armed conflicts which will be launched in 2024. The Alliance is supported by Switzerland and Slovenia. The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies collaborates in this initiative. See more here.
