Registration

Registration is now open on the Conftool web site. 

 

Registration information:

Until 1st of July: 

- Students* (including master and PhD): 250 CHF (+20 CHF for social event)

- Academic (including Postdoctoral researchers): 450 CHF (+40 CHF for social event)

- Day Pass (registration for one day): 150 CHF 

 

The registration to the conference includes lunch for all four days (vegetarian with vegan and gluten-free options) and a wonderful guided tour of the city of Geneva on Wednesday afternoon.

 

You can also registrer an accompanying person for 79 CHF for the social event (Wednesday afternoon with the city tour and restaurant at evening, more information on the Social Event page). 

 

Late registration fees (from 01.07.2024): 

- Students* (including master and PhD): 350 CHF (+20 CHF for social event)

- Academic (including Postdoctoral researchers): 550 CHF (+40 CHF for social event)

 

*For participants registering as a student, please provide a student certificate when registering in the Conftool system. 

 

A small contribution is asked to cover the social event fees for organizational reasons: the social event will take place in a fabulous location (see Social Event page). 

 

Presenting and/or submitting authors must register before 1 July 2024 for organizational reasons. In order to finalize the program, at least one author per submission must be registered before this date.

Please note: after 9 August 2024, cancellations and reimbursemements will not be possible. In any case of cancellation, local regulations apply.
