CoDe Journal Club

The next journal club will take place on the 10th of December - get in touch for the date and room details!

The new Cognitive and Developmental Psychology Journal Club (CoDe) is here to foster a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment within our department. By connecting with colleagues, sharing expertise and engaging with recent research, the journal club aims to enrich our academic community and enhance professional development.

The journal club is held once a month, always on the same day, and each participant is encouraged to present at least once during the year. This is a great opportunity to share our research interests, engage in discussions with peers, and gain insights from various perspectives within the department.

Format Options:

  • Article Presentation: 10-15 min topic introduction, 20 min article discussion, 30 min group discussion.
  • General Topic Presentation: 45 min talk + 15 min Q&A on a topic you are working on
  • Talk Rehearsal: 15 min topic introduction, 30 min practice talk, with time for comments and feedback (flexible depending on the talk format)
