Application requirements
1) Prepare a public link (eg. GoogleDrive, Dropbox, etc.) with your Motivation Letter and CV (one PDF document)*. Any student (except UNIGE students) is required to also add a Certificate of registration from their home institution.
- CV: academic and/or professional resume
- Motivation letter (maximum of 500 words): explain briefly your motivations to take part in the course of your choice
- University certificate of registration: only external students providing such a certificate are eligible for the external students' fee
*To make a file or folder "public" in Google Drive, you'll need to change the sharing settings for that item. You can do this by right-clicking on the file or folder, selecting "Share," and then choosing the "Anyone with the link" option. From there, you can select the level of access you want to grant (view only, comment, or edit) and then copy the link to share with us.

- Complete all required fields (*) of the application form.
Note: Language requirement
- Applicants must possess a sufficient command of the language of instruction of the course, demonstrated in their motivation letter, studies and work experience. No formal proof is necessary.
ADMISSION process
- ONLY COMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED
- Processing of your applications usually 2-3 weeks.
- If admitted to the course of your choice, you will receive all admission documents via email, including an invoice.
- Your place in the course is confirmed only upon reception of the full tuition payment.
- Usually, applications are evaluated as they are received, course enrolment is done on a rolling basis and courses fill up from the date applications open (not only after the application deadline).
- Please make sure to check your spam folder and set your email account to allow e-mail from gss@unige.ch in case the admission email ends up in your spam folder.
