Dr. Léa Solh Dost

Léa Solh Dost is a pharmacist and scientific collaborator at the Centre de recherche et de formation universitaire (CRFU) of Pharma24. Her research focuses on improving care transitions, medication adherence, and interprofessional collaboration, connecting educational development, research, and practical application in the ambulatory sector. She completed her pharmacy studies in Geneva, followed by a doctoral thesis focused on care transitions and interprofessional collaboration in Marie Paule Schneider’s group within the Adherence and Interprofessionality Group.

She is actively involved in the elaboration of e-learning modules for myCare Start, supports recruitment, and leads the Pharma24 pilot project.
