Ghita Benzakour

Ghita Benzakour is an implementation facilitator within the myCare Start team at the Centre de recherche et de formation universitaire (CRFU) of Pharma24 and at the University of Geneva. Pharmacist by training, she holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Life Sciences Law. She has extensive experience across community care, home care, hospital practice, and pharmaceutical research and development. Her work focuses on strengthening care coordination, empowering patients and their caregivers, and supporting interprofessional collaboration in real-world care settings.

Ghita plays a key operational role in the rollout of the myCare Start-I project in French-speaking Switzerland. She conducts field visits to pharmacies and medical practices, supporting teams in adopting a new interprofessional service by addressing implementation barriers through tailored strategies. She also ensures feedback to the research team and co-organises interprofessional meetings.
