Madiha Derouazi - Madiha is an accomplished immunologist and serial entrepreneur. She is the CEO of Switchkine and held before several executive positions including in AC Immune (CSO), Speransa Therapeutics (CEO), AMAL Therapeutics (CEO and founder, acquired in 2019 by Boehringer Ingelheim).

Madiha has a proven track records in company development strategy including progressing early-stage assets to clinical development. She holds a PhD in Cellular Biotechnology from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) in Lausanne which was followed by postdoc AT CNRS and senior assistant at the University of Geneva, both focusing on tumor immunology and vaccine development.
