THCS Joint Transnational Call - The SNSF supports 2 projects by researchers at UNIGE

The Research and Grants Office (RGO) and the vice-rector for research warmly congratulate:

  • Professor Claudine Burton-Jeangros, Institute of Sociological Research, Geneva School of Social Sciences (G3S), for her PRIME project, in collaboration with project partners in Milan and Paris, as well as Sara Vallerani, from the Department of Sociology (UNIGE), who contributed greatly to this submission. Using a participatory action research approach, the project aims to develop ideas and courses of action together with experts, local organisations and citizens, and to set up community laboratories and observatories..
  • Dr. Lukas Sveikata, from the Department of Clinical Neuroscience at Geneva University Hospitals (HUG/UNIGE), project coordinator, and Professor Katarzyna Wac, Research Institute for Statistics and Information Science (GSEM). The ENHANCE-CSVD project is developing a digital platform that combines networked sensors, remote monitoring and personalised care. The project team also includes Professor Gilles Allali from the CHUV and Dr. Mayssam Nehme (HUG).
