Reporting guidelines

Grantees of the abovementioned ERC Grants are required to report on the activities funded by the ERC as follows:

  • Continuous reporting (CR): anytime throughout the project, but at the latest to be updated before all Periodic reporting
  • Periodic (financial) reporting (PR): 4 reports (months 18, 36, 54 and 60 for a standard five-year project StG, CoG, AdG; months 18, 36, 54 and 72 for standard SyG) prepared by the PI with the support of the Finance and Accounting Division (DIFIN).
  • Scientific reporting (SR): 2 reports (months 30 and 60) for a standard five-year StG, CoG, AdG project; and 3 reports (months 24, 48, 72) for standard SyG; prepared and submitted by the PI

The PI receives a notification from the Funding and Tenders Portal when it is time to complete a new report. It is the PI’s responsibility to fill in the different reports, with the help of DIFIN (Finance and Accounting Division - finance-ue(at)unige.ch) for the Periodic financial report and of the Research and Grants office Euresearch groupe, (euresearch(at)unige.ch) for the Continuous and Scientific reports
