Juliette Labarthe

Juliette Labarthe obtained a master's degree in economic and social sciences at the UNIGE in 2003. She joined the HUG in 2004 as a sociologist and scientific collaborator in the Psychiatry Unit. In 2005, she joined the Women's Issues Office of the University of Geneva, a service that was renamed "Equality Service" in 2008 and then developed into "Equality & Diversity Service" in 2020.

During the 15 years she spent in this service, Juliette Labarthe was in charge of its strategic and financial management, professorial appointments, communication campaigns and the drafting of publications. Juliette Labarthe is the driving force behind numerous projects at the cantonal, national and international levels and is involved in the organisation of a multitude of large-scale public events for the University, including the Faces to Faces exhibition, the #UNIUNIE anti-harassment campaign and the 100 Women and Thousands more project. Continuing her education, she obtained her CAS in SME management in 2021.
