Graduate Ceremony
Class of 2024 — 2025
The Faculty of Science is pleased to organize a graduation ceremony in honour of the Class of 2024–2025.
This official and festive event will mark a major milestone and celebrate the achievements of our students.
The ceremony is exclusively reserved for all graduates with bachelor's, master's, doctorate and other degrees from the Faculty of Science. Each graduate may be accompanied by two guests of their choice. Participation is by registration only, carried out by the graduate concerned.

Participation is not automatic: even if you have obtained your diploma, registration is essential.

Registration
🚫 Maximum capacity reached
The maximum number of places for the graduation ceremony in honour of Faculty of Science graduates has now been reached.
In order to allow other graduates to participate and also offer registered persons the possibility to add an additional guest, two forms are now available:
• Waiting list
for graduates who have not yet obtained a place, or wishing to add an additional guest.
• Deregistration form
for registered persons who will ultimately not be able to attend the ceremony, or who wish to free up one or more guest tickets.
📅 Requests can be submitted until Friday, November 21, 2025
The freed places will then be reallocated according to established priority criteria and the first registered, first served principle.

ℹ️ Important reminder
The ceremony is reserved for Faculty of Science graduates (personal registration).
Guests do not register directly: they are added by the graduate during registration.
