Résumé
La tâche 3.1.2 du SCCER FEEB&D consiste à modéliser la demande géo-référée de chaleur, d'électricité et de froid du secteur immobilier. La première étape est le développement d'un modèle « bottom up » d’extrapolation statistique pour l'estimation de la demande de chaleur liée au chauffage et à la production d'eau chaude sanitaire. Le socle de base du modèle est le registre Fédéral des bâtiments (Reg-Bl). Des données mesurées de consommation et de surface de référence énergétique servent à calibrer un modèle d'extrapolation qui sera appliqué aux 1.8 million de bâtiments du Reg-Bl.
La demande d'électricité sera traitée en 2016 et la demande de froid probablement lors de la phase II du projet prévue pour 2017 à 2020.
En collaboration avec EPFL les résultats sont consolidés dans une base de donnée contenant potentiels renouvelable et demande estimée pour différentes tailles de pixel de territoire. Ces données sont accessibles au travers d'un web-service disponible à l'adresse http://wisesccer1.unige.ch/
