Strategy & Foresight
The Strategy and Foresight Unit oversees the rectorate's strategic and foresight activities, providing support to the institution in developing effective strategies.
Acting as architects in the development of institutional strategies, using methods to analyse and explore current and future challenges, then assisting in formulating guiding policies that reduce uncertainty and define key objectives and results that call for action.
The upstream work of the Unit provides the institution with a clear direction and aligns major projects with the University's strategic objectives.
What do we offer?
- Strategy development. We support management in defining a clear vision and shared strategic orientations. For example, we conduct monitoring exercises, preliminary analyses and brainstorming workshops to help formulate a vision and set measurable objectives. This work provides a framework that allows initiatives to be aligned and stakeholders to be mobilised around common goals.
- Prospective analysis. We explore possible futures to anticipate and prepare for significant developments. By monitoring emerging trends and facilitating scenario-building workshops, we help the university consider different scenarios. This enables taking informed decisions and developing true strategic agility.
