Our main projects

The Transformation Office not only supports other people's projects: we also design our own initiatives to tackle the challenges the University of Geneva is facing.

Our projects are like open-air laboratories, allowing us to explore new ways to support change, raise awareness about complex issues, and test innovative approaches before rolling them out more widely.

Serious games, participatory design, collective intelligence, visual storytelling... each project mobilises different tools, but pursues the same goal: to help our community transform in a thoughtful, creative, and engaging way.
