Mission

Supporting the strategic development of the Rectorate in the face of internal and external challenges. Accompanying the institution and its various structures through coherent, value-creating transformation.

Values

The Transformation Office aims to transform the institution by providing people-centred support that empowers the community to enhance itself and the institution. To this end, the office offers agile, innovative and methodologically rigorous solutions.

The role of the Transformation Office

Large-scale transformations present unique opportunities for growth and development, yet they can face challenges that hinder their success. Factors such as a lack of shared vision, fragmented efforts, unaddressed resistance, or even the sheer scale of the undertaking can contribute to these difficulties. To effectively navigate these challenges, the Transformation Office (TO) was established.

Aligned with the institution's long-term strategic vision, the TO serves as a champion for positive change within the university. Given the complexity and multidimensional nature of university life, effective transformation requires careful planning and collaboration. The TO acts as a cross-functional partner, not by replacing existing departments but by supporting, connecting, and empowering them to translate ideas into sustainable actions.

As a facilitator for execution and a source of methodological support, the TO also serves as a catalyst for engagement across the university community. It plays a vital role in governance-driven transformations, innovation-driven initiatives, and projects that require strong structural foundations. By ensuring consistency among initiatives, coordinating resources efficiently, and prioritizing the human, the TO helps foster an environment where transformative efforts can thrive.
