Strikes against the lowering of wages (Fall 2020)

In the fall of 2020, ACCORDER, together with the CUAE, the Swiss Union of Public Services (SSP), the Interprofessional Union of Workers (SIT) and the entire public service mobilized against the proposed linear decrease of 1% in our salaries put out for consultation by the State Council (cantonal executive)

This mobilization was a success, the proposed reduction was withdrawn, but other attacks on our salaries are under discussion for the years to come (including an increase in our contribution to the State of Geneva's pension fund).
