During her Master's degree in Evolutionary Ecology, Genetics and Bioinformatics Bioinformatics, obtained in 2015 at Lyon 1 University, Margaux Tissot discovered a deep interest in teaching. After completing a a Bachelor's degree in Life and Earth Sciences, she obtained a Master's degree in Life and Earth Sciences for secondary schools in 2019 at the Université de Grenoble Alpes, during which she wrote a dissertation researching the impact of reverse pedagogy on the cognitive cognitive load of high school students. After two years teaching in France, she obtained a Master's degree in Cognitive Sciences in Cognitive Sciences in 2021 at the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble. During this Master's degree, she worked under the supervision of Jérôme Clerc on transfer of learning in young children. She is currently a doctoral candidate with Professor Emmanuel Sander. The topic of her thesis aims to advance our understanding of learning mechanisms and analogical transfer of computational thought.
