Stéphanie de Moerloose is a lawyer at the Centre for Continuing and Distance Education. She has been working at the Centre since 2021, in the Learning, Programme Development & Partnerships department, which advises program directors and their teams on the creation and implementation of continuing education programs.

After passing the New York Bar in 2005, Stéphanie worked as a legal advisor in the law and development field for international organizations and NGOs, mainly in Belgium (EFTA) and Argentina. In parallel to her practice, she taught at the Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires, including in continuing education.

Stéphanie holds a PhD in Law from UNIGE, an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from New York University (NYU), a law degree from UNIGE and a diploma in pedagogy from Universidad Austral. She completed her postdoctoral studies at Humboldt University in Berlin (FNS) and is the author of several scientific publications.
