Skill shortages represent an important challenge for European economies and threaten the realization of political priorities, such as the energy transition.
This keynote lecture and roundtable discussion with representatives of major international organizations in Geneva (ILO, IOM, WTO, IGC) discuss the political, economic and legal dilemmas related to addressing skill shortages via migration policies in Europe.
