Registration

There is no fee for online presentations or participation, though registration is still required.

For in-person presentations or participation, payment of the registration fee is required before the presentation can be confirmed on the conference program.

The conference registration fee (CHF 155.-) includes:

• Hot catered lunches on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday,
• Tea/coffee breaks with refreshments on Wednesday and Thursday, and on Friday morning,
• Access to the conference sessions and the conference pack.

The conference dinner at Halles de l'Île (CHF 52.-) is ticketed as an extra, to be booked at the time of registration.

The organizers felt it was important for the fee to include catered lunches to lower the overall cost of attending the conference in person, because we are not able to offer differentiated fees; it will also (hopefully) keep people together throughout the conference, and conference catering solves the issue of finding lunch options outside the University.

The registration payment system will close on Friday 31 July and registration will not be possible after this date.

Please note that the University does not offer the possibility of direct bank transfer (SEPA).
