Research Interests
Sangam MacDuff is a lecturer at the University of Lausanne, where he recently completed an SNSF-funded research project on Logic and Modern Literature. His current projects include a monograph on Literary Logic and AI, an edited volume on Logic, Modern Literature, and Artificial Intelligence with Rachel Falconer (Bloomsbury Academic, in press), and a Companion to Literature and AI with Helen Thaventhiran (under review). He has published two books: Panepiphanal World: James Joyce’s Epiphanies (Florida University Press, 2020) and The Collected Epiphanies of James Joyce: A Critical Edition, with Angus McFadzean and Morris Beja (Florida University Press, 2024), as well as articles on Joyce, Woolf, and modernist literature in ELH, the James Joyce Quarterly, the Edinburgh Companion to James Joyce and the Arts, and elsewhere.
