Gilles is a researcher in numerical analysis of differential equations. Before joining the University of Geneva in 2013, he was post-doc at EPFL (2009-2011) and agrégé-préparateur at ENS Rennes (2011-2013). He received his PhD in Mathematics in 2008 at University of Rennes 1 (INRIA Rennes) and University of Geneva, and his Habilitation in 2013 at ENS Rennes (ex: ENS Cachan Bretagne).
